• For district divorce records, contact the Clerk of Superior Court in judicial district where divorce was granted — Juneau and Ketchikan (First District), Nome (Second District), Anchorage (Third District), and Fairbanks (Fourth District). Cost will vary.

The Division of Libraries and Archives currently has information on territories, court records from 1884 to 1959 (criminal and civil), newspapers, photographs, maps, censuses records, a national collection of biographies, journals, and more on Alaska and pre-1900 Canada..
