 Vital Records

The state office has birth and death records since July 1909 and abstracts of records filed in counties before then.

Birth & Death Records

	Call (602) 364-1300 for information on record lookup fees.

	Notes: Applicants must submit a copy of picture identification or have their request notarized.

Marriage & Divorce Records

Notes: These records are kept at the county level. Write to the Clerk of Superior Court in the county where the marriage license was issued.

 State Archives and Libraries

They currently have maps and photos, state census records for 1820 (not complete), marriage licenses from 1700, newspapers, ship passenger records, assessment rolls, court cases (civil and criminal), and the Great Registry (list of mostly men, registered to vote in Arizona from 1912).
