 Vital Records

State office has birth and death records since 1920 and delayed records since 1880. Marriage and divorce records are available from the county or the court (see notes below).

Birth, Marriage, Divorce, and Death Records

	Notes: • For county marriage records, contact the County Clerk in the county where the license was issued. Cost will vary. • For divorce records, contact the Clerk of Superior Court in the court where the divorce was granted. Cost will vary.

 State Archives and Libraries

They currently have church records, census records from 1850-1920, Spanish and Mexican period censuses, land grant records, photo collection, maps, newspapers, 1885 territorial census (not complete), muster rolls from 1850-1900, family histories, wills, tax records, cemetery records, and court records.
