This data set contains approximately 750,000 records, representing all the pedigrees and family group sheets prepared by United Ancestries, Inc., and its predecessors over a 30 year period. These records were chiefly prepared by professional researchers for their clients and then linked into a single database. Most birth dates fall before 1850, and some select records date from before 1500. Many of the Royal lines of Europe are included. You can find the following information:
• Individual's name and gender
• Genealogical links between individuals, from which you can build pedigree charts for export into Family Tree Maker and other GEDCOM-compatible genealogy programs

These family group sheets and pedigrees were provided by United Ancestries, Inc.
What are the system requirements?
This CD-ROM, unlike our other titles, is not viewable through Family Tree Maker or the Family Archive Viewer. The data is accessed through a separate program called GRS, which is included on the CD along with instructions. GRS is a DOS program, and therefore is not supported for the Macintosh, although we have received reports that it runs correctly under Universal Soft PC version 2.5. It does not work under SoftWindows. For PCs, this CD has the following requirements:
• A CD-ROM drive
• IBM compatible computer (286 or higher recommended)
• At least a 10 MB hard drive
• 484 KB available memory
• DOS 3.3 or higher
• MSCDEX 2.0 or newer
How does the money-back policy work?
If you are not completely satisfied with any online subscription or other intangible product, you may request a refund within seven days of the date of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with any Membership, data CD, or other tangible product, you may request a refund within thirty days of the date of purchase.
If a product is labeled "all sales final" at the time of purchase, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind.
