| James Butler
Hickok, a.k.a. Wild Bill Hickok, is one of the most famous figures
of the wild west. His life was an interesting one he was
a stagecoach driver on the Santa Fe and Oregon trails, a spy and
scout for the Union Army, marshal of two cities, and traveled with
Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. In 1876, Wild Bill died after he
was shot from behind while holding the "Dead Man's Hand" in poker. |
