He married Susanna Tarleton in New Kent, Virginia, 1679/1690. Susanna was born in Of St. Peter's
Parish, New Kent, VA 1660/1670. Susanna was the daughter of Stephen Tarleton and Susanna. Susanna died after 7
OCT 1717 in St.Peters Parish, New Kent, at approximately 56 years of age.

Elizabeth Fleming was born in St. Peter's Parish, New Kent, VA 23 OCT 1687. Elizabeth died 1758 in Of,
Amelia, VA, at 70 years of age. She married twice. She married Samuel Jordan in Henrico, VA,
10 OCT 1703. She married Samuel Jordan 10 DEC 1703.
She was christened 23 OCT 168.

Payne Sr. in Goochland, Virginia, 1732. Josias was born in Northam, Goochland, Virginia 30 OCT 1705. Josias was the
son of George Payne and Mary Payne Woodson. Josias died MAR 1784 in Possibly, Goochland, VA, at 78 years of age.
His body was interred in Pittsylvania, Virginia.
