71. Mrs. Mercy Or Mary⁵ Fleming was born in Of Charles Parish, York Co., VA about 1637. Mrs. died in New Kent, VA.

She married John Flemming in England, about 1658. John was born in Cumbarnauld, Lanarkshire, Scotland 1627. John was the son of Alexander Fleming CAPT. and Elizabeth (Elspet) Anderson. John died 27 APR 1686 in Charles Parish, York Co., Virginia, at 58 years of age. His body was interred 30 APR 1686 in St. Peter's Parish, New Kent, VA.
