7. William² Smith Jr. (William³, Thomas⁴, Robert⁵) was born in Charlestown, Suffolk, MA 29 JAN 1707. William died 17 SEP 1783 in Weymouth, Norfolk, MA, at 76 years of age.

He married Elizabeth Quincy in Braintree, Norfolk, MA, 16 OCT 1740. Elizabeth was born about 1721. Elizabeth was the daughter of John Quincy and Elizabeth Norton. Elizabeth died 1 OCT 1775 in Weymouth, Norfolk, MA, at 54 years of age. She was baptized in Braintree, Norfolk, MA, 17 DEC 1721. Religion: religion unknown.

William Smith Jr. and Elizabeth Quincy had the following children:

8 i. Mary¹ Smith was born in Charlestown, Suffolk, MA 1740-1741. Mary died 1811 in Massachusetts. She married Richard Cranch in Massachusetts.

+ 1 ii. Abigail Smith was born 23 NOV 1744.

9 iii. William Smith was born in Charlestown, Suffolk, MA 1 DEC 1746. William died 1775 at 28 years of age. He married Catherine Louisa Salmon.

10 iv. Elizabeth Smith was born in Charlestown, Suffolk, MA 8 MAY 1750. Elizabeth died 1815 at 65 years of age. She married William Shaw in Weymouth, Norfolk, MA, about 1777.
