Bing died 14 Oct 1977 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, at 74 years of age. His body was interred 18 Oct 1977 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, Holy Cross Cemetery.

He married twice. He married Wilma Winifred Wyatt in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, 29 Sep 1930.⁽²⁾ Wilma was born 1911. Wilma died 1 Nov 1952 at 41 years of age.⁽³⁾ He married Kathryn Grant in Las Vegas, Nevada, 24 Oct 1957.⁽⁴⁾ Kathryn was born Olive Grandstaff.
