He married Ruby Foster in Brewster, Barnstable, Mass., 20 May 1805.⁽¹⁰⁸⁾ Ruby was born in Brewster, Barnstable, Mass. 31 May 1783.⁽¹⁰⁹⁾ Ruby was the daughter of Chillingworth Foster and Sarah Freeman.

Nathaniel Crosby and Ruby Foster had the following children:
