34. John⁶ Cheney (Tristram⁷, John⁸, John⁹, Peter¹⁰, John¹¹) was born in Sudbury, Middlesex, Massachusetts 29 Apr 1749.⁽⁸³⁾

He married Abigail Corkin in Hillsborough, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, May 1776.⁽⁸⁴⁾

John Cheney and Abigail Corkin had the following children:

35 i. John⁵ Cheney. He married Lucretia.

36 ii. Abigail Cheney. She married Elijah Drury.

37 iii. Tristram Cheney was born in Weston, Middlesex, Massachusetts.⁽⁸⁵⁾

38 iv. Rufus Cheney was born in Hillsborough, Hillsborough, New Hampshire 4 May 1780.⁽⁸⁶⁾ Rufus died 30 Aug 1869 in New Berlin, Waukesha, Wisconsin, at 89 years of age.⁽⁸⁷⁾ He married Prudy Piper.
