He married Alice of Battenburg Mountbatten 7 Oct 1903. Alice was born 25 Feb 1885. Alice was the daughter of Louis von Battenberg and Victoria Alberta von Hessen. Alice died 1969 in London, London, England, at 84 years of age.

Andrew of Greece Oldenburg and Alice of Battenburg Mountbatten had the following children:

10 i. Margarita² Oldenburg was born 18 Apr 1905. Margarita died 20 Apr 1981 at 76 years of age. She married Gottfried Victor of Hohenlohe-Langenburg 20 Apr 1931.

11 ii. Theodora Oldenburg was born 30 May 1906. Theodora died 16 Oct 1969 at 63 years of age. She married Berthold Frederick William von Baden 17 Aug 1931.

12 iii. Cecilie Oldenburg was born 22 Jun 1911. Cecilie died 16 Nov 1937 at 26 years of age. She married George Donatus von Hessen-Darmstadt 23 Jan 1931.

13 iv. Sophia Oldenburg was born 26 Jun 1914. She married Christopher Ernest von Hessen 15 Dec 1930.

+ 4 v. Philip Mountbatten Duke of Edinburgh was born 10 Jun 1921.
