He married Eleanor Clarke in Saint Mary's County, Maryland, 22 Dec 1801.⁽⁴⁹⁾ Eleanor was born ca 1773.⁽⁵⁰⁾ Eleanor was the daughter of Joshua Clarke and Mary Thompson. Eleanor died ca 1820.⁽⁵¹⁾

Richard Biscoe and Eleanor Clarke had the following children:

24 i. William Clarke⁴ Biscoe was born in Maryland 22 Oct 1804.⁽⁵²⁾ William died 25 May 1883 at 78 years of age.⁽⁵³⁾ He married twice. He married Elizabeth Bennett in Baltimore County, Maryland, 26Feb 1835.⁽⁵⁴⁾ Elizabeth was born in Delware ca 1818. He married Anna Justina Greenwell 20 Nov 1866.⁽⁵⁵⁾ Anna was born ca 1831. Anna⁽⁵⁶⁾ was the daughter of James Robert Greenwell and Ann Joy. Anna died 22 Sep 1889 in Baltimore County, Maryland, at 58 years of age.

25 ii. George Reed Biscoe was born ca 1805.⁽⁵⁷⁾ He married Margaret Beale in Saint Mary's County, Maryland, 27 Dec 1823.⁽⁵⁸⁾

26 iii. Maria Biscoe was born ca 1807.⁽⁵⁹⁾ She married Nathaniel Beall 13 Jan 1829.⁽⁶⁰⁾

27 iv. Thomas Richard Biscoe⁽⁶¹⁾ was born ca 1809. Thomas died ca 1900. He married Julia King Nov 1850.

28 v. James Lewis Biscoe⁽⁶²⁾ was born ca 1811. James died ca 1856. He married Mary E. Mary was born ca 1815.

+ 22 vi. Ann Clarke Biscoe was born 8 Dec 1814.

29 vii. Amy Elizabeth Biscoe was born ca 1818.⁽⁶³⁾

30 viii. Sarah Catherine Biscoe was born ca 1819.⁽⁶⁴⁾

31 ix. John Clarke Biscoe was born aft 1819.⁽⁶⁵⁾
