14. Deborah⁶ Williams (Benjamin⁷, Benjamin⁸, Richard⁹) was born 1737. Deborah died 2 May 1774 in Easton, Bristol, Massachusetts, at 36 years of age.

She married Gregory Belcher 13 OR 27 DEC 1764. Gregory was born 26 Jan 1738/39. Gregory was the son of Joseph Belcher and Deborah Hunt. (See Gregory Belcher for the children resulting from this marriage.)
