He married Georgiana Drew ca 1876. Georgiana was born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 12 Jun 1855.⁽¹¹⁾ Georgiana was the daughter of John Drew and Louisa Lane. Georgiana died 2 Jul 1893 in Santa Barbara County, California, at 38 years of age.⁽¹²⁾

Maurice Herbert Barrymore and Georgiana Drew had the following children:
