The will listed sons Jonathan and Joshua; daughters Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah, Hester, Lidia, Phebe, and Anne; and wife, Mary.

He married Mary Goldstone in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts, 8 Oct 1634.⁽²²⁶⁾ Mary was the daughter of Henry Goldstone and Ann. Mary died 23 Aug 1655 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts.⁽²²⁷⁾ He married Alice Crabtree in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, 11 Feb 1656/7.⁽²²⁸⁾
