33. Thomas⁶ Reid birth date unknown.

He married Nancy Forbes in Campbell Co., Virginia, 30 Jan 1795. Nancy died bef 11 Nov 1829. She made a will in Campbell Co., Virginia, 14 Jul 1829. The will of Nancy Reid:

I Nancy Reid of the county of Campbell do make and ordain this my last will and testament. First I will that all my just debts be paid. Secondaly I give and bequeath to John Alexander and Alexander Clement in trust for the separate use and maintainance of my daughter nancy Glenn on fourth part of a tract of land containing four hundred and eighty five acres purchased by me of Peyton Glenn also a negro girl named Eveline which property s to be used by said trustees in such manner as they may think best for the exclusive use benefit and support of said Nancy Glenn and her children during the life of said Nancy not subject to the control of Peyton Glenn the husband of said Nancy Glenn in any way wahtsoever. Thirdly the residue of my estate of every description I will to my children to wit Rebecca Jordan Nancy Glenn Jane Reid and Martha F. Reid to be equally divided between them the portion of said Nancy Glenn to be held by the trustees before mentioned for exclusive benefit and support of Nancy Glenn and her children as herein before provided Fourthly at the death of my daughter Nancy Glenn I will that all the property herein before willed to said trustees for her benefit be equally divided betweel all the children of said Nancy thus living I do hereby constitute and appoint John Alexander and Alexander Clement executors to this my last will and testament In testimony whereof I here unto set my hand and seal this 14th day of July 1829.

Thomas Reid and Nancy Forbes had the following children:

35 iii. Martha F. Reid. She married Josiah Shepperson in Campbell Co., Virginia, 1 Dec 1830.

36 iv. Jane Reid.
