30. John M.5 Hendricks birth date unknown. John died bef 22 Oct 1855. He made a will in Yazoo Co., Mississippi, 21 Jun 1853. In the name of God Amen, I John M. Hendricks of the County of Yazoo and state of Mississippi being of sound mind do make and declare this my last will and Testament. Item first - I desire that all my estate both Real and personal be equally divided between my five heirs viz - my beloved daughters Martha Ann Ledbetter, Emeline Robinson Fugate and Sarah Virginia Hendricks, my only son Charles Plim Hendricks, and my two grandchildren the heirs of my daughter Mary Jane Battaile dec. named Edmund Champ Battaile and Charles Middleton Battaile. Item second - I desire that my son Charles Plim be constituted the lawful guardian of Edmond Champ Battaile and Charles Middleton Battaile,. Item third - I desire that the respective shares of all the estate hereby bequeathed to Edmond Champ Battaile and Charles Middleton Battaile shall upon the death of either or both of them revert back to my estate and be equally divided among my natural heirs. Item fourth - I hereby make and constitute James C. Bull of the County and State assd my sole executor to execute the above my last will and Testament.
