She married Courtland Philip Livingston Butler in Buffalo, New York, 16 Dec 1840. Courtland was born in Clinton, Oneida Co., New York 8 Mar 1813.⁽¹⁴⁸⁾ Courtland was the son of Samuel Herrick Butler and Judith Livingston. Courtland died 9 Aug 1891 in Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio, at 78 years of age.⁽¹⁴⁹⁾ His body was interred 11 Aug 1891 in Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio, Greenlawn Cemetery.⁽¹⁵⁰⁾ (See Courtland Philip Livingston Butler for the children resulting from this marriage.)
