12. John³ Ford (William⁴) was born in Ireland ca 1799. John died 12 Nov 1842 at 43 years of age. His body was interred in Dearborn, Wayne, Michigan, Ford Cemetery.

He married Thomasine Smith in Ireland, 14 Feb 1824. Thomasine was born in Ireland ca 1803.

John Ford and Thomasine Smith had the following children:

13 i. Rebecca² Ford was born in Ireland 26 Mar 1824. Rebecca died 28 Aug 1895 at 71 years of age.

14 iii. Jane Ford was born in Ireland ca 1829. Jane died 6 May 1851 at 21 years of age.

15 iv. Mary Ford was born in Ireland ca 1832. Mary died 1882 at 50 years of age.

16 v. Nancy Ford was born in Klonckelty, Ireland 26 Oct 1834. Nancy died 20 Mar 1920 at 85 years of age.

17 vi. Henry Ford was born ca 1835. Henry died 4 May 1901 at 65 years of age.

18 vii. Samuel Ford was born in Ireland 14 Jun 1837. Samuel died by 22 Jun 1889 at 52 years of age.
