1. Jack¹ Nicholson (Don² Furcillo-Rose, Samuel R. Furcillo³ Furcella), son of Don Furcillo-Rose and June Frances Nicholson, was born in New York City, New York, New 22 Apr 1937. A lot of controvery surrounds his birth. In 1974 he found out that the woman he though was his mother, was actually his grandmother. While there has been some controversy over who his father was, much evidence points to Don Furcillo-Rose.

However, because of the controversy over his birth the place of birth is apparently unverifiabe. It has been claimed that Jack was born in St. Vincent's Hospital in Manhattan. A search of the New York City birth index for all boroughs did not reveal a Nicholson boy or a Rose boy born on 22 April. Of course it is always possible that June used a completely fictitious name when she registered his birth.

He has a delayed birth certificate filed by grandmother, Ethel, in which it states he was born in Neptune, New Jersey.
