He married twice. He married Catherine Rector. Catherine was born Jan 1776. (Additional notes for Catherine Rector⁽⁸⁷⁾) Catherine died 20 Nov 1793 at 17 years of age. He married Elizabeth Smith. Elizabeth was born ca 1774. (Additional notes for Elizabeth Smith⁽⁸⁸⁾) Elizabeth died 3 Mar 1842 at 67 years of age.

Jacob Duesler and Catherine Rector had the following children:

52 iv. Peter J. Duesler⁽⁹²⁾ was born ca 21 Mar 1801. Peter died 12 May 1872 at 71 years of age. He married Lucinda Soule.

+ 25 vi. Jacob J. Duesler was born 31 Dec 1806.

54 vii. Elizabeth Duesler⁽⁹⁴⁾ was born Apr 1808. Elizabeth died 25 Jun 1851 at 43 years of age. She married Abram Dorn.

55 viii. Simeon J. Duesler⁽⁹⁵⁾ was born 7 Oct 1810. Simeon died 5 May 1892 at 81 years of age.

56 ix. Cyrus Duesler⁽⁹⁶⁾ was born 16 Mar 1812.

57 x. Edward Duesler was born 28 Jan 1816.⁽⁹⁷⁾

59 xii. Naomi Duesler⁽⁹⁸⁾ was born 14 Jan 1819. Naomi died 8 Aug 1894 at 75 years of age. She married Jerome Cook.
