He married twice. He married Hannah Legg in Monroe County, Virginia, ca 1809.⁽⁷⁰⁾ Hannah died ca 1834 in Champaign County, Ohio.⁽⁷¹⁾ He married Elizabeth Ann Springer in Champaign County, Ohio, 16 Oct 1835.⁽⁷²⁾

Charles Dickason and Hannah Legg had the following children:

36 i. Cynthia⁶ Dickason was born in Champaign County, Ohio 11 Oct 1812.⁽⁷³⁾ Cynthia died 2 November 1899 in McDonough County, Illinois, at 87 years of age. She married John Barritt in Champaign County, Ohio, 26 Jun 1831.⁽⁷⁴⁾

37 ii. David Dickason was born in Champaign County, Ohio ca 1814.⁽⁷⁵⁾

+ 32 iii. Sarah Ann Dickason was born 3 Nov 1818.

38 iv. Samuel Dickason was born in Champaign County, Ohio ca 1820.⁽⁷⁶⁾

39 v. Martha Jane Dickason was born in Champaign County, Ohio ca 1823.⁽⁷⁷⁾

40 vi. Charles Dickason Jr. was born in Champaign County, Ohio ca 1827.⁽⁷⁸⁾
