| The daughter
of screen legends Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh, Jamie Lee Curtis
was born in the spotlight. She dropped out of college to pursue
an acting career and made her debut in television's Petticoat
Junction. After appearing in a number of horror films, she earned
her first Golden Globe nomination for A Fish Called Wanda.
She would go on to win another Golden Globe for her television series
Anything But Love and for the film True Lies. In addition
to acting, Curtis is the author of a number of children's books
including Tell Me About the Night I Was Born. |
