He married Abigail Buck 25 Dec 1846.⁽³⁹⁾ Abigail was born in Vermont 3 Mar 1827.⁽⁴⁰⁾ Abigail was the daughter of Murray Buck and Polly Thorp. Abigail died 19 Dec 1900 in Little York, Illinois, at 73 years of age.⁽⁴¹⁾
