He married Lucy Campbell in Amherst County, Virginia, 23 Jan 1782.⁽¹⁶¹⁾ Lucy was born in prob. Virginia 3 Mar 1760.⁽¹⁶²⁾ Lucy died 30 Jan 1848 at 87 years of age.⁽¹⁶³⁾

John Cash and Lucy Campbell had the following children:

104 i. George⁵ Cash. George died 14 Aug 1848 at 65 years of age.⁽¹⁶⁴⁾

105 ii. James Cash was born in Virginia 6 Nov 1784.⁽¹⁶⁵⁾ James died ca 1868 in Campbell County, Georgia.⁽¹⁶⁶⁾ He married Mary Davis.
