He married twice. He married Jemima Grining in Stafford County, Virginia, 26 May 1747.⁽¹⁸²⁾ Jemima died aft 1763.⁽¹⁸³⁾ He married Hannah bef 1766.⁽¹⁸⁴⁾

114 ii. Lydia Cash was born in Albemarle County, Virginia ca 1752.⁽¹⁸⁵⁾ Lydia died 1821 in Bedford County, Virginia, at 69 years of age.⁽¹⁸⁶⁾ She married James Cottrell in Virginia, ca 1775.⁽¹⁸⁷⁾ James was born 14 Oct 1748.⁽¹⁸⁸⁾ James was the son of Thomas Cottrell and Susannah.

115 iii. Howard Cash was born in Albemarle County, Virginia ca 1754.⁽¹⁸⁹⁾ Howard died 16 Jul 1843 in Cornelia, Habersham, Georgia, at 89 years of age.⁽¹⁹⁰⁾ He married twice. He married Lucy Ann Tyler in Virginia.⁽¹⁹¹⁾ He married Esther Starritt in Habersham County, Georgia, 3 Dec 1831.⁽¹⁹²⁾
