3. Jenna Louise² Hawkins (Halsey Sinclair³, Charles Wesley⁴) was born in Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas 24 Jul 1919.

She married Harold Bruce Welch in El Paso, El Paso, Texas, 29 Jan 1944. Harold was born in Ada, Pontotoc, Oklahoma 21 Nov 1912. Harold was the son of Mark Anthony Welch and Marie Lula Lane. Harold died 29 Apr 1995 in Midland County, Texas, at 82 years of age. (See Harold Bruce Welch for the children resulting from this marriage.)
