He married Martha Jennie Allen in Meade County, Kentucky, 13 Oct 1887.⁽³⁰⁾ Martha was born in Meade County, Kentucky 8 Aug 1858.⁽³¹⁾ Martha was the daughter of William Benjamin Allen and Barbara Ann Chisolm. Martha died 26 Apr 1928 in Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas, at 69 years of age.⁽³²⁾ Martha was divorced from Green bef 1910.⁽³³⁾

Charles Wesley Hawkins and Martha Jennie Allen had the following children:
