58 v. Stephen Williams was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA 31 May 1740. He married Theoda Perrin in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA, abt 1768.

59 vi. Samuel Williams was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA 23 Jul 1742. Samuel died 9 May 1796 in Warwick, Kent, RI, at 53 years of age. He married Triphena Lyman.

60 vii. John Williams was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA 27 May 1744. John died 16 Jun 1809 at 65 years of age. He married Sarah Sumner.

61 viii. Mary Williams was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA 14 Apr 1747. Mary died 12 Oct 1835 at 88 years of age. She married twice. She married Nathaniel Felton 21 Dec 1769. She married Nathaniel Wait.
