19. Cynthia T.⁴ Dale (Jesse⁵, William⁶) was born 30 Dec 1823. Cynthia died 10 Apr 1900 at 76 years of age.

She married Clinton Manross Ball in Tionesta, Venango, PA, 10 Oct 1839. Clinton was born in Vermont 16 Jun 1817. Clinton was the son of Isaac Ball and Sarah Manross. Clinton died 27 Mar 1893 in Fredonia, Chautauqua Co., NY, at 75 years of age. (See Clinton Manross Ball for the children resulting from this marriage.)
