He married Esther Bradley in Fairfield Co., CT, 23 Oct 1770. Esther was born in Greenfield, Fairfield Co., CT 28 Feb 1754. Esther was the daughter of Elnathan Bradley and Sarah Godsell. Esther died 25 Jun 1827 in Zanesville, Muskingum Co., OH, at 73 years of age.

Ebenezer Buckingham and Esther Bradley had the following child:
