9. Narcisse⁴ Fortin (Narcisse⁵, Augustin⁶, Augustin⁷, Louis⁸, Charles⁹ Fortin dit Bellefontaine, Julien¹⁰) was born in Rimouski, Rimouski, Quebec 13 May 1860. Narcisse died 1 Apr 1903 in Bay City, Bay, Michigan, at 42 years of age.

He married Rose Lejoie in West Bay City, Michigan, 7 Jan 1891. Rose was born in Canada Jun 1869. Rose was the daughter of Charles Lajoie and Rose Alice Coulombe. Rose died after 1920 in West Bay City, Bay, Michigan.

Narcisse Fortin and Rose Lejoie had the following child:
