He married Wilhelmina Elisabeth Josephine Felsing in Berlin, Germany, Dec 1898. Wilhelmina was born 6 Dec 1876.⁽⁴⁾ Wilhelmina was the daughter of Conrad Felsing and Elisabeth Herring. Wilhelmina died 1945 at 68 years of age.

Louis Erich Otto Dietrich and Wilhelmina Elisabeth Josephine Felsing had the following children:
