67. James I⁶ Stuart (Robert III⁷) was born in Fife, Scotland Dec 1394. James died 21 Feb 1437 in Perth, Scotland, at 42 years of age.

He married Lady Joan Beaufort in Southwark, Scotland, 2 Feb 1423.

James I Stuart and Lady Joan Beaufort had the following children:

68 i. Margaret⁵ Stuart was born 25 Dec 1424. Margaret died 16 Aug 1445 in Chalons, France, at 20 years of age.

69 ii. Isabel Stuart. Isabel died 1494 at 69 years of age. She married Francis I de Dreux Duke of Brittany 30 Oct 1442.

70 iii. Eleanor Stuart was born 26 Oct 1427. Eleanor died 20 Nov 1480 at 53 years of age. She married Sigismund Habsburg Archduke of Austria 12 Feb 1449.

71 iv. Joan Stuart. Joan died aft 16 Oct 1486 at approximately 58 years of age. She married James Douglas Earl of Morton 1st by 15 May 1459. Joan was a mute. Her nickname was "the Dumb Lady."

+ 45 v. James II Stuart was born 16 Oct 1430.

72 vi. Alexander Stuart Duke of Rothesay was born in Edinburgh, Scotland 16 Oct 1430. Alexander died 16 Oct 1430 at less than one year of age.

73 vii. Mary Stuart Countess of Buchan. Mary died 20 Mar 1465 at 34 years of age. She married Wolfeart van Borssele Lord of Campvere in ter Verre, Zealand, 1444.

74 viii. Annabella Stuart. She married twice. She married Louis de Savoie Count of Geneva in Scotland, 14 Dec 1447. This marriage ended in divorce in 1458.

She married George Gordon Earl of Huntly 2nd by 10 Mar 1459. This marriage ended in divorce in 1471.
