28. Henry VII⁴ Tudor (Edmund⁵) was born in Wales 28 Jan 1457. Henry died 21 Apr 1509 in Richmond, Surrey, England, at 52 years of age.

He married Elizabeth Plantagenet in London, England, 18 Jan 1486. Elizabeth was born in London, England 11 Feb 1466. Elizabeth was the daughter of Edward IV Plantagenet King of England and Elizabeth Woodville. Elizabeth died 11 Feb 1503 in London, England, at 37 years of age.

Henry VII Tudor and Elizabeth Plantagenet had the following children:

29 i. Arthur³ Tudor Prince of Wales was born in Winchester, England 20 Sep 1486. Arthur died 2 Apr 1502 in Shropshire, England, at 15 years of age. He married Catherine of Aragon in London, England, 14 Nov 1501.

+ 15 ii. Margaret Tudor was born 28 Nov 1489.

30 iii. Henry VIII Tudor was born in London, England 28 Jun 1491. Henry died 28 Jan 1547 in London, England, at 55 years of age. He married six times. He married Catherine of Aragon in Greenwich, England, 11 Jun 1509. This marriage was annulled in 1533.

He married Anne Boleyn Marchioness of Pembroke in London, England, 25 Jan 1533. This marriage was annulled in 1536. Anne was held in the Tower of London and beheaded 19 May 1536. It was through this union that England would get its next monarch in Elizabeth I, who was related to Mary, "Queen of Scots" through her father's lineage.

He married Jane Seymour in England, 20 May 1536. This marriage ended in 1537 when Jane died shortly after giving birth to the child who would become Edward VI.

He married Anne of Cleves in Greenwich, England, 6 Jan 1540. This marriage was annulled in 1540.

He married Catherine Howard in Richmond, England, 28 Jul 1540. This marriage was ended when Catherine was beheaded 13 Feb 1542 in the Tower of London.

He married Catherine Parr in Richmond, England, 12 Jul 1543. Catherine would marry again, after managing to outlive her husband.

31 iv. Elizabeth Tudor was born 2 Jul 1492. Elizabeth died 14 Sep 1495 in Kent, England, at 3 years of age.

32 v. Mary Tudor was born in Surrey, England 18 Mar 1496. Mary died 25 Jun 1533 in Suffolk, England, at 37 years of age. She married twice. She married Louis XII, King of France in France, 9 Oct 1514. She married Charles Brandon Duke of Suffolk in Paris, France, 3 Mar 1515.

33 vi. Edmund Tudor Duke of Somerset was born in London, England 21 Feb 1499. Edmund died 19 Jun 1500 in Hertfordshire, England, at 1 year of age.

34 vii. Edward Tudor.

35 viii. Katherine Tudor was born in London, England 2 Feb 1503. Katherine died 18 Feb 1503 in London, England, at less than one year of age.
