He married twice. He married Catherine Best. Catherine died 1832.⁽⁹⁴⁾ He married Catherine Hager AFT 1832.

Conrad Doup and Catherine Hager had the following children:

62 viii. Conrad Doup was born in Union Township, Knox County, Ohio 1839.⁽⁹⁵⁾ He married Margaret Kirkpatrick 1866.⁽⁹⁶⁾ Margaret was born in Pike Township, Knox Co, Ohio 1847.⁽⁹⁷⁾
