He married Herberta Jaynes bef 1905. Herberta was born in Wisconsin Jun 1879.⁽²⁵⁾ Herberta was the daughter of Henry S. Jaynes and Elma L. Lamphear.

William Brace Fonda and Herberta Jaynes had the following children:
