He married twice. He married Maria Matilda Bingham 19 Apr 1802. He married Cecilia Anne Windham 9 Jul 1825. Cecilia was the daughter of Vice-Admiral William Windham. Cecilia died 1874.

147 x. Cecilia Annetta Baring. Cecilia died 16 Feb 1911 at 65 years of age.
