127. Margaret Georgiana⁷ Poyntz (Rt. Hon. Stephen⁸) was born 1737. Margaret died 18 Mar 1814 at 76 years of age.

She married John Spencer Earl of Spencer 1st 20 Dec 1755. John was born 19 Dec 1734. John was the son of John Spencer and Lady Georginia Cateret. John died 31 Oct 1783 at 48 years of age. (See John Spencer Earl of Spencer 1st for the children resulting from this marriage.)
