79. John⁶ Potts (David⁷) was born in Bristol, Pennsylvania 8 8th mo. 1696. John died aft 28 Sep 1766 in Upper Dublin, Pennsylvania, at approximately 70 years of age.

He married Elizabeth McVeagh in Abington, Pennsylvania, bef 25 5th mo. 1726. Elizabeth was born ca 1699. Elizabeth was the daughter of Edmond Mc Veagh and Alice Dickinson. Elizabeth died 5 1st mo. 1791 at 92 years of age.

John Potts and Elizabeth McVeagh had the following child:

+ 39 i. Thomas⁵ Potts was born ca 1729.
