66. George⁹ Burroughs was born ca 1650. George died 19 Aug 1692 in Salem, Essex, Mass., at 42 years of age. Rev. George Burroughs was put to death, by hanging, along with George Jacobs Sr., John Proctor, John Willard, and Martha (Allen) Carrier. These were but a few of those who were accused of witchcraft in that terrible year of 1692.

He married Hannah.

George Burroughs and Hannah had the following child:

+ 65 i. Hannah⁸ Burroughs was born 27 Apr 1680.
