I'm sorry you wasted your money on DNA testing, Lorna. If you want to find out if your ancestors were native American, do it by doing genealogy research, write down your parent's names, dates of birth/marriage/death and places, then write down their parent's names, dates of birth/marriage/death and places. Go back as far as you know, then start looking at the US Federal Censuses. Your library should have them available up to the latest, which is 1940. Contact the vital statistics offices in the states where the birth/marriage/death event took place and request copies of the certificates. These may have additional information to help in your research. If you have access to Fold 3, or know someone who does, those documents may be available on that website. Good luck in your search.
