What that page will do is to 1) help you see if your computers is a 32 bit or a 64 bit PC.
Depending on the out come of that, it will have a link for your to go to, to install the correct Adobe Flash application.
Yes, there are a lot of instructions on that page, but there it is set up to help YOU install the Adobe Flash Player.
I can't do this for you. Wish I could, so you will have to read and follow those instructions.
I might further suggest, that IF you are still having issues with Adobe Flash Player that you use the Adobe Support to help you trouble shoot this problem. They are the experts. I can only point you in a direction to the right place for you to get help with this problem.
