No my online subscription to genealogy.com Gold is not listed.
In 'My account' it states I have no subscription.
I subscribed to genealogy.com, quite separately from an ancestry subscription.
When I try to access data it asks me to click if i am subscribed; i get a page with a tiny option at upper right to confirm my sub.I get a page to enter a confirmation code.I was never sent a confirmation code, just a customer number and order confirmation number.
Under 'my account' when I click the order number it says that number belongs to someone else.And around and around we go.
