As you know, I submitted my request to Tech Support yesterday as you suggested.Have done nothing with trying to access the Census Subscription since then.
Just a few minutes ago, I decided to try and access my census subscription.GOOD NEWS!!!It now works.I have access!!! Why, I have no idea.I will just keep my fingers crossed that it continues until my next renewal in Dec 2011!
