Yes, all results posted by Ancestry are in Ancestry nomenclature. The self-posted results should be also, but it is easy to recognize any posted in old nomenclature, since Y-Gata-H4 would be far off.
To convert from FTDNA to Y-Search, subtract the following from your FTDNA results: DYS452 -19 DYS463 -2
The easiest way to convert to Y-Search is to enter the results reported from the lab (Ancestry in this case) at SMGF and then sitch the lab to Relative Genetics. This I call Old RG. The only adjustment needed to go from RG to Y-Search is to subtract 1 from Y-Gata-H4. This is easy to remember, since it is usually 12 in RG and 11 in Y-Search nomenclature.
This post has all of the conversions needed except Genebase and ISFG. The first changes so often that I don't know their current status. People don't have to deal with ISFG, because of the templates on the SMGF site.
