No. You have to take into account what the other markers did. It would be the average if you only tested one marker. However, it would have an extremely wide distribution. There is a TMRCA calculator here:

Since youtested 37 markers, you need to enter a 36/37 match. Note that the results are given as transmission events, so you would need to take half of the result to express it as generations. The first graph is the likelihood distribution and the second is the cumulative probability of the find the common ancestor by that time.
