RecLOHs involve a different mechanism than the slippage mechanism for the usual mutations. They occur only on multi-copy markers and are easily recognized when there is a multi-count mutation that results in the doubling of a value (allele). The important thing to know is that they occur in one step and should be given a genetic distance of 1.
However, it is an unlikely explanation in this case. The others are closer to the E1b1b1 modal haplotypes, so this haplotype is almost certainly derived from theirs.
