There are now so many subclades defined that there is probably no need for cluster analysis. See:

I suggest taking a SNP test to resolve your haplogroup and join the appropriate project at FTDNA. It will be much easier looking for a cluster in a smaller group.
Geno2 is probably the best test to take since there are a lot of people looking through the results for new subclades.
BritainsDNA tests more Y-SNPs, but I haven't heard much about them.
23andMe gives a reasonably well-resolved Y-haplogroup along with other results.
